I know you're busy with returning to your job (My mom said she thought she saw you at work - I can't believe time has flown so quickly!) I hope your recovery has been swift and that all is well :)

I was wondering, with your previous newspaper experience - do you have any suggestions about how I can get this press release noticed by the media?  In the past, I have emailed and followed up with phone calls, but other than with you and once or twice with the Bee, I have really struggled to get the media's attention. Any tips on handling the local scene?
