ICAN of Buffalo will have its next meeting THIS SUNDAY, 2:30pm at HomeGrown Baby (3111 Delaware Ave.) 

 

Thanks to Amy Creamer (who teaches a Natural Childbirth class at the store), we will be watching Born in the USA,  a PBS documentary about the state of birth from three different angles: A homebirth, a birth center birth, and a hospital birth.  Compelling and insightful, I think everyone will find their eyes opened just a little wider by the end.  I'll bring the popcorn :)

 

We will also be talking about how people can help with "ICAN of Buffalo presents a Chair-ity Auction for BuffaloBirth" - we'll need all hands on deck for this event!

 

Those of you who are coming to the Education Committee meeting for BuffaloBirth at 1pm are welcome and encouraged to stay!
