sorry, but this cracks me up. It's not because I'm not interested in how the
brain works, but rather that I don't think people who are havin' their minds
blown are sitting there saying, now, which combination of receptors is
causing this? Ibogaine works on the personality level as well as the purely
chemical, I guess is the essence of the discussion. But what is this
obsession with the ego? I think with ibogaine i saw it played out in many
ways, but I certainly saw something more holistic happening in me than a pure
"ego/superego/id" structure. It seems to me more respectful of the
initiation to look at it in initiatory terms: "I was lost, but now I'm
