Subject: Data input project
Dear Dominik
I am writing to you with a feeling of deep sympathy for the suffering of
the American people. The aftermath of the trauma has overwhelmed so many
of us all over the world.
Consequently, as you can imagine, most of the students and scholars that
had planned visiting International Trust for Traditional Medicine (ITTM),
Kalimpong, cancelled their journey to India because of the present
political uncertainties.
This has considerably affected our work as the majority of ITTM projects
are funded by scholars visiting ITTM.We hope to be able to bridge the
coming months of uncertainties with continuing international support for
our ongoing research projects.
Attached please find the project review of our Data Input Project of
Tibetan Medical Texts for the continuation of which we seek your
sustained participation and support.
Perhaps you could help by circulating the proposal among your colleagues
and Tibetan Support Group contacts?
We would look forward to your co-operation.
