There was a possibly misleading statement in the e-mail notice I sent
out a few days ago regarding the EASA panel on "Ethnographies of
medical encounters between Europe and Asia". When I said that the
deadline for papers is May 1st 2006, this is the deadline for
electronic submission of paper proposals, not for submitting complete
papers.

If you are interested in taking part, please make sure that you meet
this deadline, since I am not sure whether there is scope for panel
conveners to include people who have not got their proposals in by May
1st.
