Greetings NGHWA Members and Friends,

The annual Hypnotherapy & Mind-Body Resource Forum is coming up on
Saturday, January 31 at Evergreen Hospital Medical Center in Kirkland.
Vendor applications are due by Thursday, January 22 and are subject to
approval by Evergreen Healthcare. I have uploaded the Vendor Application
Form as well as the Event Poster on our Hypnotic Health group site.
Here's how you will find it:

1. Log in to your Yahoo account 2. Go to "Groups" 3. Go to the
"Hypnotic Health" group 4. In the left margin, click on "Files" 5.
You will see the table application, as well as several different
versions of the Event Poster

We still have one person who is interested in sharing a table - table
fees are $100 - so a half table will be only $50. Please contact me,

<mailto:Lauren@...> with any questions. If you have any
trouble downloading the file, email me and I can email it to you
directly. Table applications can be submitted to Lauren either
electronically or by mail to 13815 184th Avenue NE, Woodinville, WA
98072.

We encourage everyone to download the poster (follow instructions above)
and attach it as a file to your emails, and/or post it to your website.
Please help us spread the word about this important event by telling all
of your clients and sharing it with everyone in your network or circle
of influence.

If you are interested in volunteering, we invite you to come to
Evergreen Hospital Medical Center at 8:45 AM on the 31st. We would like
one volunteer for each room to help the presenters. So far, Kathie
Brodie has already volunteered (thank you Kathie!). This is a fun event
with lots of opportunities to network with the presenters and the
general public.
