Happy World Hypnotism Day to NGHWA Members and Friends!

We are creating our VOLUNTEER LIST for the Hypnotherapy Resource
Forum next Saturday Jan. 12 at Evergreen Hospital.

Dave Thorsen has stepped up to the role of being our Volunteer
Coordinator and will take your names and show you what to do on site.

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS REQUESTED:

* 3 or 4 early "setup" people to arrive at 8 AM to help arrange the
tables and chairs and other last-minute details.

* 1 or 2 people to help with registration and sign in.

* 3 people to help direct traffic and help the presenters in their
rooms.

* Possibly 1 or 2 people to collect money if we sell water bottles
and nutrition bars.

Let Dave know your interest level and availability (i.e. if you can
come early, stay the whole day, or if you're available for part of
the day). He'll keep your name on a list, answer any questions you
may have, and be on site to show you where the rooms are. Special
thanks to Dave for helping with this!

We look forward to making this a VERY successful event and all help
will be graciously accepted.

P.S. As of this point, we are not having any coffee or food service
on site. We're still investigating this, but we may end up just
having bars and water bottles and selling them to attendees for what
it costs us. Please be sure to bring a bag lunch and/or healthy
snacks for yourself.
P.P.S. Note that it can take about five or ten minutes to get to the
room from the parking garage, so remember to plan accordingly.
