Beverly Bryant, President here, with a few messages:

First of all I hope you are enjoying our beautiful summer.

If you are a member of the NGH, you should get a post card reminding
you of our monthly meetings. If you are not getting your reminder
card please get a hold of the NGH.

You won't want to miss this Friday's meeting, August 13th from 7pm –
9pm.
Joy Roberts will be our very special speaker this month. Joy is a
counselor, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, Master
Firewalker and Spiritual Journey Woman. Joy will be speaking on
Inner-child healing work and sexual abuse healing, which she also
teaches classes on. Joy will be gladly sharing her experiences and
stories of her healing work. You will want to bring all of your
questions you may have about this subject to this one.

There is much to be learned from Joy. So much so that Joy is
teaching a special class the next day, Saturday, August 14th at
Vision Quest from 10am – 2pm. So if you can't make the Friday night
meeting or want to learn it all, you can still extract her wisdom
and enjoy her stories then. You will want to sign up for this class
today with Margarett Mae our events coordinator @ 360-435-0799. Or
you can sign up at our Friday night meeting. The Saturday class is
only $35.00 for members of our local chapter or, $50.00 for non-
members.

Take advantage of the Saturday classes while you can. The Saturday
classes you see today are going to be the last ones! You already
know how much these classes would normally cost you. Based on my
experience these are a great deal.

Friday September 10th we will be having northwests own Katie Evans.
Katie is the creator of the Lighten Up program. One of Katie's
mentors was Charles Tebbets himself. Katie will be speaking to us
on, "How to grow your business".
Saturday September 11th there will be a 4 1/2-hour intensive given
by Katie from 9:30am – 1:00pm at Vision Quest. Learn some fresh tips
from someone who knows her stuff. Contact Margarett Mae to sign up.

Our meetings are usually the 2nd Friday of every month. However, our
October meeting will be on the 15th, which is the third Friday.
We will be having our Round Table Networking meeting. This will be
very casual with refreshments included. So bring your wisdom,
stories, ideas and questions to this one.
If you want to add a festive flair to it you may dress up in your
favorite Halloween costume.
This will be an important meeting for you because new officers will
be nominated. Members please come with your nominees in mind. All
positions are open every year.
We are looking to have a GREAT time so please plan on joining us. Be
sure to invite all your friends as everyone is welcome and all will
be certain to have a good time. Still only $5.00 at the door.

November 12th will be Maria Peralta on "Public Speaking.
November 13th; "Using your voice effectively".
December 10th; Surprise speaker!

Because of the comments that were made on the questionnaires we have
decided to leave all the announcements on the tables as you walk in
to the meetings. So if you have an announcement about anything that
you want made at the meeting, please get them to Margarett ASAP. You
will have to make flyers of some kind and get them to her. Or bring
them to the meetings with you.
