Greetings Everyone,

Please come join the Washington State Chapter of the National Guild of
Hypnotists for our May meeting at the Mountlake Terrace Library on May
14th, 7:00 - 9:00pm. The guest speaker for May's meeting will be Geoffrey
Knight. His topic will be Thought Pattern Management.

Geoffrey will also be teaching an additional class on Saturday, May 15,
2004, at Vision Quest Educational Book Store in Everett, from 10am -
5pm. The morning class will be a more indepth look at the Thought Pattern
Management , a process of Robert Fletcher. Robert Fletcher taught in
Utah State schools for 25 years to deaf, blind and children pushed out of
the system as failures. He developed his own kind of NLP combined with
hypnosis, to bring out changes in these children such that at the end of
their state education, they could be gainfully employed. He found a method
of putting deaf children into hypnosis with their eyes open reading sign
language. The afternoon session will be about Weight Reduction - an
integrative approach combining the lastest reseach
in medicine, nutrition and fitness with hypnosis. The cost of the class is
$95 for the full day. Washington State Chapter members can attend for the
discounted price of $75.

So you can plan ahead, the June speaker will be our own Beverly Bryant who
will be speaking on hypnosis and weight loss. She is also offering a
Saturday class on conducting a weight loss seminar.

Other upcoming speakers include Kate Bowditch, Joy Roberts and Katie
Evans. Please mark your calendars for the following meeting dates:
