There is no one best method for induction, not for induction by another
and not for self-hypnosis. It all depends on the experience you need to
have to convince yourself that you have hypnotized yourself. Even my own
Dynamically Anchored Self Hypnosis technique (see www.brainpower.8k.com)
as great as it is, is not for everyone. Several approaches to self
induction are available. Do try to fit into a particular method, find
the method that fits you.
