Re: [UKhypno] NEW TO GROUP

Hey, Mary;

The best way to learn self-hypnosis is to go to a professional and be
hypnotized; otherwise you would have no previous experience to rely on in
knowing that you hypnotized yourself. You wouldn't know the difference between
hypnosis and being asleep.

It's worth the money for one initial session where you can be programmed to
respond to a specific cue that you can give yourself at any time or place.

Ron

Subject: [UKhypno] NEW TO GROUP

Hi, I am new to the group. I live in Massachusetts in the United States. I
recently became interested in self hypnosis for pain management. I haven't quite
gotten the hang of it yet. I have been reading some books on the subject and I
find it quite interesting. I am hoping to learn from the wisdom of this group.

For the Lord God helps Me; therefore have I not been ashamed or confounded.
Therefore have I set My face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to
shame. Isa 50:7
