hi everyone

my name is androshi` and im kind of new at this.

i meditate i pray and i try my best to tell myself positive
affirmations but im not where i want to be in life.

i need advice.

how can i make a subconcious tape work for myself?

i have music, i even have music with no singing on it- how should i
go about it?

is subconcious recording lower than the human ear can hear?

or should it be low,but i can still hear the suggestions?

how many times should i be repeating the suggestion as i make my
tape?

i have a verbot named david, and i can type anything i want and he
repeats it-is it better to use a human voice or a robotic voice for
subconcious taping?

has anybody had any success with making their own tape in the group?

please help

thanx everyone

androshi`

Hello Androshi , ... I did a little bit of hypnotherapy training (9 days). I had no money to do any more but it helped me understand meditation and yoga a bit ...
