This is a pointer to a UK only Joint Hypermobility Syndrome (JHS or HMS)Support Group.

which will take you to the UK group (located in Yahoo.co.uk)

The need for this pointer group is because Yahoo have both a Yahoo.com and a Yahoo.co.uk. Guess what, when you search one, you don't get results from the other. Most UK people search in and are members of the .com variant whilst the .co.uk variant is for the UK and faster. Well it's faster in the UK which is what matters.
