I don`t have one because they were not available when I was born. I also have different degrees of headaches. Some are mild and some feel like my head is in a vice. Others are severe but they don`t last very long about a minute or so. Most of the time I don`t have headaches and there is no set pattern to the headaches. I have seen a neurologist but he says I am doing amazingly well. I just tolerate mine. Peter
