Yeah, congenital means you're born with it.

 

If I've read Mags' intro properly, she didn't say she only had it since she was 20; she said, she's only known she's had it since she was 20.

 

Mags, am I right in assuming that you were shunted as a baby - and had no problems for twenty years?  I would guess your parents felt like "if the 'fix' ain't broke, don't tell Mags it needed fixin'.... "?
