I have had hydrocephalus since birth almost--or rather a shunt from birth almost...
My mother ALWAYS told my schools (elementary, junior high etc) "no contact sports" but it wasnt always followed. It IS very important you follow up with whoevers in charge of your daughter while shes at school (ie her teacher in ekem. school, PE teachers in junior high & high school) Mine werent always informed unless my mom contacted them or the school directly. I guess they dont read tjose emergency cards until its an emergency huh?
