my father just passed away the friday before thanksgiving, NO he didn't have
HD, so no he wasn't trashing around like my mom was, he wasn't choking , he
wasn't a frail skeleton waiting to be broken.
and he was one of those people who were on morphine, and you know what he was
still suffering. it was very hard for him to breathe, he was still answering
us two hours before he was gone. he still lasted 6 hours after i made the
decision to let him go off the oxygen.

and it hurts you just as much to let someone go who doesn't have hd as it
does one who does.
