I know some people have expressed an interest in the work we are
doing, so I thought I'd pass this along.

After a short holiday break we are ready to get things back into drive
with Hudson Valley Lactivism. We will be having our first meeting of
2006 on Tuesday January 17th, 7:00 PM at the Daily Planet on Route 55
in Lagrange. We will be discussing:
1. The first steps of incorporating in order to get non-proft 501 (c)
3 status, specifically the possibilty of a name change.
2. Our Nursing in Public brochure, the first draft should be completed
by the meeting and we will be discussing ways to improve it, as well
as ideas for funding and distribution.
3. The Marietta Project: creating a protocal to be presented to the
AAFP and Pearson Vue regarding breastfeeding mothers taking their
tests. We will be discussing what needs to be done, and assigning
individual responsibilities.

can certainly find a way for you to participate!
