A lot of the time, in my experience, it's because the bottle is not
warm enough. Those breastfed babies are used to the milk coming out
of a 98.6 degree body. Usually bottles are not warmed up as warm as
that. I've found that by warming them a bit more, the baby will take
the bottle a lot easier. But of course, make sure it's not too hot!!
