The experience of a cesarean birth can stir up emotion for any new mother.  Feelings of failure, conflict, hurt, or disappointment may shadow your ability to sink blissfully into new motherhood.  Even years after a birth some women are still haunted by feelings of ambivalence when reflecting on the birth of their child.

If this resonates with you please join us for an afternoon of healing and ritual to help you reframe what you may be holding on to as pain, hurt, trauma, or loss.

This workshop is an opportunity to speak your birth story in a safe and deeply felt way among others who have shared a similar experience and understand.  To open doorways towards a new birthing future or prepare for a VBAC or next birth.  It is our intention to create for you an environment where you will have the opportunity to release, transform and potentially reclaim a new sense of wholeness around your cesarean birth, motherhood and to reframe your entire birthing self.
