Dancing For Birth TM prenatal/postpartum classes incorporate dance moves from around the world that best prepare women to give birth. Birth can be like a marathon, and Dancing for BirthTM classes prepare women for the challenge. They become stronger, more agile, more at ease with their bodies and both mentally and physically ready to embrace their unique birth experiences.

Dancing for BirthTM class participants report experiencing low levels of discomfort, few or no interventions, brief labors and high levels of satisfaction during their births.

At the same time they learn valuable childbirth preparation skills and natural pain coping techniques that build their confidence in their own birthing ability and w isdom. Did you know that there is an optimal position for babies to be in when labor begins, and expectant moms can help assure that position? They gain knowledge to help them have the births that they envision for their babies.

Babies whose mothers take Dancing for BirthTM classes love the motion of dancing and are easily soothed after birth by being held while their mothers dance. Postpartum women regain their pre-pregnancy shape and tone more quickly when they continue Dancing for BirthTM classes with their babies after they are born.

Dancing for BirthTM instructors enjoy a career that enables them to Enlighten, Energize and Empower TM pregnant and postpartum women. Here's a sample of what they say about the training workshop:
"The training was truly inspirational. I felt empowered through learning the materials and cannot wait to teach and pass on this essential information to other women." -E.W. , Virginia
"The training was pleasurable, not stressful in any way. Good flow of information - good pace for learning. Valuable information. Helped deepen my doula training. Thank you so much!" L.S., Canada
" I feel joy! " S.R., Missouri
