journey to learning the stages of labor & delivery woven with natural birth
concepts. Perfect for those looking
for an alternative to institutional, hospital classes. Enjoy exploring and learning about birth
art and ritual, pain coping techniques, building and trusting intuition,
interventions and understanding the choices available to you, embracing
unexpected surprises, cesarean birth and vbac awareness.

Natural Childbirth Intensive - same as above, condensed into two weekends.
Saturday October 4th–
How we support a woman in labor can make all the difference
in birth outcome and in the health and well being of both mother and baby. In this workshop learn techniques in the
art of labor support so that you, the birth partner, may better help your loved
one during labor.

Week Circle For New Mothers
Enjoy the bonding and ritual of sitting in circle with other
new mothers who walk the same path as you.
Share birth stories, step into the sacred realm of motherhood together
and form lasting friendships that will sustain you on your journey. Topics include infant massage, baby
wearing, nurturing touch and attachment, learning to trust and strengthen your
intuition to manifest a deep mother-child bond, balancing motherhood as a woman,
lover, wife and independent being.
