Greetings Friends.  I hope you are all well as we head into the lush and green time of the year.  I will be teaching a 4 week childbirth class series this summer in Nyack, NY.  If you feel so inclined, please take a look and see if it suits your needs or the needs of expectant mothers and families you know or may be working with.  It should be a wonderful class, filled with rich, deep connecting to the birth process and ideal for both first time parents as well as parents birthing again.  As always, thank you for your continued support.  We are certainly all blessed to have such a wonderful community of birth workers and wise women all working towards safe, healthy, choice-filled options for women in our area.  If you have any questions or insights, I’d love to connect and talk.

A practical journey to learning the stages of labor & delivery woven with natural birth concepts, birth art and ritual, pain coping techniques, interventions and understanding the choices available to you, embracing unexpected surprises, cesarean birth and vbac awareness, normal cues of the newborn, breastfeeding & post partum issues.

·  Intensive Weekend Workshop: August 10^th 10 am – 6:30pm

Single day intensive to offer expectant parents a “refresher” or for first time parents a quick class of basics and intuitive learning. Bring your lunch for sitting together and getting to know one another during a communal lunch time.
