I've worked with a few 3 pounders (including my own) and they are sturdier than they look. I hope she will be able to breastfeed; that sometimes takes a few weeks to establish with little guys. Feel free to call me for a pep talk if you are worried.

Hi everyone,my husbands best friends wife just had a baby boy,she was
indused at 32 weeks for severe preecl. but refused c section,he moved
her form one hospital to the other and she was induced.The baby is 3
pounds and breathing/crying on his oun he scored9 at 1 min apgar.
Do 3 pounders generaly do OK ?
I worry out of my mind..
