This is a definite dream of mine, too (you know, the one in the hundred
year plan...!) But seriously, it's something I think about often. Rents
around here are awfully cost-prohibitive, but perhaps the dream could
become reality if the planets somehow align and resources could be
secured. I believe wholeheartedly that it would thrive and make a
wonderful contribution to our communities.
