Hi Kathy,
 
I'll pass on the book, thanks.  He was convicted for insurance fraud in 1999 (which he absolutely was committing).  He was a brillian doctor but involved in more than one scandal.  I think he got seven years.  He was my GYN back in the late 80's to early 90's and I have some of his other books.
