Unwinding in Birth

A Birth Works International Enrichment Workshop

The universe is always in motion.  The human body is a part of the universe and therefore is also always in motion. For a pregnant woman, labor is an important time to keep the body moving to encourage and facilitate movement of the baby down into the pelvis.  In this workshop, the first of its kind, you will experience moving your body following its own natural rhythm and also experience its cranial sacral rhythm. The knowledge about how to give birth is born inside every woman and therefore does not need to be learned because it is instinctive. Unwinding is instinctive and helps a woman access that part of her that already knows how to give birth.  Once unwinding is experienced, it will never be forgotten and a woman will know how to follow the innate wisdom of her body as it moves during labor, viewing it as her guide.
