SPREAD THE WORD!!!

The Hudson Valley Birth Network is excited to announce that we will
be sponsoring a one-day workshop given by Penny Simkin titled "When
Survivors Give Birth: Counseling Skills and Strategies to Assist
Pregnant Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse in Preparing for Birth"
on Monday, May 1st.

We are still working out the details (location, price, etc.), but I
wanted everyone to have the chance to pencil it onto their
calendars. The workshop has been approved in the past for ACNM,
DONA and Nursing CEUs, with our CEU applications still in process.

This is a really fantastic opportunity to hear Penny speak on an
incredibly powerful topic. I will post the details as soon as we
