Friends,
In a recent e-mail to a friend in Haiti, I have discovered an addition
to phone numbers and why some of you may be having difficulty getting
through. Maybe not and I am just slow getting information. Whatever, I
thought I'd share it with you.

"Just don't forget to put a 3 infront of cell phone numbers and a 2 in
front of fixed phones."

For instance a number in Haiti that is a cell number is 509-3-###-
#### for a cell number and 509-2-###-#### for a regular phone.

I am climbing the learning curve about phone use in Haiti so any
little tips like this are welcomed.
