To All:

Jess Hornsby finally reached Albert in Leogane.  He says that it was
NOT a HSC driver, but a driver from CDC who was with Joseph.  He
thinks there were four people in the car, two of which were American
students from Notre Dame. The Americans apparently were not
injured.   The report is that Joseph and the driver were murdered. 
They were somewhere in Port-au-Prince, and NOT on the road from HSC
to PAP.

Jack LaFontant is not at the hospital, but at his home in Port-au-
Prince. Apparently John Talbert has talked to Jack, but we have not
had an update from John yet.  Carol and Mitch Mutter are in Las Vegas
for a medical meeting.  We have talked to Carol.  Mitch will call
Jack tonight.

Katie Griggs is not at HSC, but on Christmas break. 

Chuck said he talked to Dan Speraw who was sitting on the airplane in
Knoxville ready to take off at 6:00 p.m. tonight.  They will be in
Port-au-Prince by noon tomorrow to be with Cathy.

We are not sure where Cathy is at the moment.  We are told someone
from CDC came to pick her up, and we don't know if she went to Port-
au-Prince or where she went.

Keep checking your e-mails, and we will update you as we get more
information.
