Hello,
I was at HSC 10 days ago. The administrators and staff are doing a good job
considering the severe financial restraints. They are part of a group that
plans to work on a strategic plan or program plan .
Katie had been in US but should be back. I contacted Hilder Alcender who was
excellent help getting information on the guest house.
