"Grapevine" about attack on Haiti

Dear Folks,

It has been a longtime since the Dominican Republic wanted to take over Haiti. Their tentative goes berserk to finally uphold this country and run it as we, Haitians, governed Dominican Republic over 21 years. This kind of grudge has never been stemmed from the heart of the Dominican, and their hatred versus the Haitian Government could not cease.

Dominican Republic is working on a new strategic plan to invade Haiti during the course of the year 2007. As the French indicated, the Haitian President, Mr Preval, will not be notified during the occurrences of this invasion. The French version indicated as though their goals are to stem the flow of terrorism in association with the Pro- Aristide parties. But, it is clear as also indicated, there are much more behind than to protecting Haiti.

I am not going further with this information but will be looking forward to investigating on it. Thank you for your concerns!
