Hello all,

Our group from Fort Worth will be visiting the hospital in Feb. for
our third visit. I am trying to learn better ways to develope a
formulary for the mobile clinics. We have been using travel packs
from MAP international which, while pretty good with most
antibiotics, doesn't include meds for STD's.

Would anyone like to share advice on your formulary and how you put
it together?

Any advice on where to obtain doxycyclin and ciprofloxacin cheaply?

Does anyone buy some formulary drugs in Haiti and if so how?

We have used Haitian Lindane before but I really don't want to
continue using this drug because of toxicity and environmental
reasons. Any advice on other scabicides and where to obtain them?

We commonly utilize and, to some extent, stock the med room in the
living quarters. If a group is going the week of 1/31/05 could I
impose on you to let me know what antibiotics are in the room?

Finally, we would love a dentist to join us. on 2/5/05. If you know
of one interested please let me know.
