Jess is correct. They are targeting Yahoo! Groups such as ours which have
an association with Haiti. I guess they hope that it will reach Haitian
voters. I have only seen two messages thus far. While the group is open
to all I can expel users that abuse the privilege of membership. If you
think a new member is doing so please let me know.
