RE: [hscenews] note to Emilie per additional conversation

Dear Folks,
I have not heard much about the election . An update data showed more than three millions people are registered to vote. From what I know is that presidential election is being postponed to december 11 to ensure safety and some guide lines. Site soleil is still out of flame, and no final decision has been takens to secure some dangerous  parts in Port-au-prince. There is still going to be violence, before and atfer the election, it would  be non- stop. I recommend Mission trips that are scheduling trips to Haiti to keep themselves alert on the news and events.

Emilie,
I see you have received at least two replies concerning the situation at the
Guest House at HSC as well as information on Katie Griggs, Guest House
Coordinator.
I would be delighted to have additional communication with you.
We may either do it as an online chat or you may reply directly to my e-mail
address.

Grace and peace,
Pix Mahler
