A. English, French and Creole are permissible; but please remember that the primary language for most of our members is English.
Q. What topics are appropriate for the group?
A. Information about the hospital St. Croix in Leogane is our primary focus. General information about mission/healthhcare opportunities in Haiti, travel information, and the current state of affairs in Haiti are all legitimate topics for discussion.
Q. Can I post questions to this list?
A. Sure, it's encouraged. But remember there is an etiquette to
using mail lists and news groups. You might want to read this

Q. What topics are not appropriate for the group?
A. While we are open to a variety of topics, the focus is on medical, health care, nutrition and outreach in Haiti. The general political and civil atmosphere in Haiti are also acceptable topics. The group should not be used for marketing related subjects or any sort of spam. Individuals that use the group for such proposes will be banned from the group. Any questionable posts will be deleted.
Q. Are messages for the group Moderated?
A. In general the answer is no, but the recent rise in spam has forced us to implement moderating for new members. Everyone is welcome to join but your initial messages will have to be approved by a moderator before they are posted to the group. We regret this step but our group is not to be used as a conduit for junk email to our members.
