My name is Danielle and as part of my PhD I am conducting a study
investigating the psychological impact of having a sexually
transmitted infection, with specific focus on genital herpes and
genital human papillomavirus. It is anticipated that a better
understanding of the psychological impact of having herpes/HPV on
the individual and on their intimate relationships will be gained
from this research.

Anyone is welcome to complete the questionnaire as I need both
people with herpes/HPV and people without herpes/HPV for the study.
