Well echinacea is a form of vitamins which is an antioxidant where it
clears your body from all bad radicals. Good for boosting immune
system. As for chocolate well you can have some once in a while
butnot all the time.
As for Neem, well search under google or yahoo and type the word Neem
and read all about its properties. It seems to be good but am going
to try soon.
