that helped, as you can tell yesterday was a bad one for me i think i got it
out of my system although obviously its all abit weird still, thank you for
your support.

Actually something interesting happened this morning as I was walking into
my local cafe with my newspaper in my hand about to go for my morning
coffee, a guy of about 50 was sitting on a piece of flat wood with weels
underneath, it was about 3foot by 3foot and he had one leg and was obviously
worse for ware asking for money and I thought hey it could be alot worse,
compared to him this affliction is nothing.

I dont believe in a god as such but if there is one I would like to think
that was like a little message being sent out to me.
