Dear Friend Frank! This is a most commendable act on uour
part and should be followed by the membership of this group
individually and collectively! MY DW Anamatilde proposed
several years ago that the US Postal Authorities design and issue a
stamp honoring HRH, but no response was received.
A request by a Memorial Group such as ours should get results!

I urge all members to sign in on this and jointly prepare
a petition to the Postal Service to iossue a commemorative stamp
honoring Hpward Robard Hughes! The petition, if indorsed by the
membership of this group, would surely receive a great deal
of attention in proper circles. So indorse what I'm prepared to compose
and send, all of you.

OK you people: Anamatilde (Colombia) and Frank (Scotland)
have made the first move. It is high time that uS Americans
take a position and stick by it!
