This Group now has sufficient numbers of members to organize for
action. The program calls for formation of an ACTION GROUP to
begin a Research-Publications Enterprise

The organization needs (1) Caricaturist (2) Printer-Binder
(3) Business Manager/Recorder (4) Board of Director Members
to oversee operations for establishment of a Memorial to Howard
Hughes. Members are EXPECTED to recruit for PROFESSIONAL people
for active membership in the group.
