Agoraphobia - Social Phobia - Anxiety - Panic Attacks - And related problems.

This list welcomes anyone dealing with Agoraphobia, Social Phobia and any anxiety related problems, like panic attacks. Some of us are present and former students of the excellent Homelink Program here in Dublin. But no matter where in the world you live we will be happy to hear from you. We support each other through this group, and as we exchange our experiences we help each other to understand, to cope with and to overcome the condition we are dealing with. We are a happy group, engaging in general chit chat as well as the conditions we are all dealing with. Please feel free to join us. You will be very welcome. This is a safe group as only members have access to group mail and the moderator ensures that no spam nor inappropriate content gets through.
