Welcome to our support group for parents and famlies of children with Holoprosencephaly. HPE is a rare birth disorder caused by the failure of prosencephalon (the forebrain of the embryo) to properly divide, causing defects in the development of the face and in brain structure and function. Come join other parents, grandparents and caregivers who love children with this diagnosis.

To the right is our group's beloved Cayden, son of Joey and Shira. Cayden is an angel now, who is probably busy racing cars and running as fast as he can in Heaven, while always remembering to stop and look down on his pretty baby sister Skylar here on earth.
