Vastu for Farm House
Agriculture has always been most important economic sector for many
developing and underdeveloped countires. The increasing pressure of
population all over the world has reduced the average size of land
holdings. Proper use of vastu shastra can help to increase the
output of the agriculture produce. Since agriculture is more close
with the five elements of vastu, the best result can be obtained the
land. Following are the basic guidelines that will help the farmers
and farm house owners:-

1. While selecting the plot for agriculature or farm house,
avoid the land with the road on the south.
2. It is highly recommended to buy the plot with the flat
surface. If it has a slope, it should be towards East, North East
or North. Do not buy the land having slope at south or south west.
3. Buy the land in a square or rectangular shape. Land extended
towards north east is auspicious. Extention at any other direction
is not good as per vastu.
4. Tree with good height should be grown on the south or west
side.
5. sowing of crop should be done in East /West direction
6. Well, Boring, pond should be located in the north east
direction.
7. Cannel of the water flow should be made in such a way that
water moves from south to north direction.
8. Outhouse or farm house should be made in the south west
location of the farm.
9. Staff & labour quarter should be made in the west or south
east corner.
10. Electricity or transformer should be made in the south east
corner of the farm. This brings good harvest for he farm over.
11. Animal should be on the west or north west direction of the
farm. Animal should be placed in such a way that they faces north or
east when tied with th rope. No animal should face south in the farm.
12. Compound wall for the farm should be made in such a way that
it has higher & thicker wall on south & west than east & north.
13. Plantation should be done on auspicious day.
14. Small part of first harvest should be placed in fire in
the "Agni Kund" at south east.
15. Farm equipments & tools should be stores in south or south
west direction.
16. Farm produce should be placed in the north west corner to
have quick sale or disposal.
17. Tractor or any other farm vehicle should be parked facing
north or east.
18. Grow tulsi in the North east corner of the farm.
19. Buying the new farm attached to existing property in the
north or east is highly beneficial.
20. Well at the south west may result in to serious illness or
dealth of the owner.
21. Well at the south east of the farm may result in to
bankruptcy, theft.
