Title:   How do HIV- negative people stay HIV-negative?

Date:   Friday November 13, 2009
Time:   11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Repeats:   This event repeats every month on the second Friday.
Location:   http://hiv-ub2.ning.com
Notes:   NOTE: This site ( http://hiv-ub2.ning.com ) will be the spring board for future HIV-negative Dating Websites world wide.

How do YOU stay HIV- negative?

Please take a moment to share your concerns, thoughts and experiences with others. Help empower other HIV- negative people to stay HIV- negative and provide HOPE through - dating, support, education, awareness and communication. Meet new people, date and form relationships with other HIV- negative people - see the GROUPS section for details. If you have Web Cam, please join our HIV-UB2 Web Cam Support Group - the FIRST of it's kind for HIV-negative people! List your own HIV- Social Networking / Dating events or parties here and invite other HIV- people to attend or join. Do you have something to say or would you like to add your comments? Please go to the FORUM section.

HIV-UB2 is one of three HIV Prevention and Harm Reduction Strategies called Safe Sex Serosorting. Serosorting and Safe Sex Serosorting have broken the cycle of new HIV transmissions, has made safe sex safer, and has reunited mankind (HIV+ and HIV-) to achieve a single, common goal – to reignite the excitement of HIV Prevention.

Therefore, when HIV- negative people form safe, sexual relationships with other HIV- negative people, NO HIV-negative person gets infected with HIV. I am confident that the HIV-UB2 Social Network will be a spring board for MORE HIV-UB2 Dating and Support websites and online networks worldwide.

This study may help gain a more global picture of struggles for women with
HIV/AIDS. I hope my findings will help better the care and knowledge of this
undeserved population.

Hello. I am a PhD student at Walden University. My research project is studying
factors that affect how people understand consent forms for research. This
information could improve how well doctors communicate with patients who may be
in a research study.

I am using an online, anonymous survey to do this research. I do not know who
completes the survey.

This survey asks questions about you, then asks you to take a short quiz. You
will then read a SAMPLE consent form for as long as you want to. After that, you
will return to the survey and answer questions about the SAMPLE consent form.

All this information will be used as part of my research, and it is very
important to complete all the questions. The questions can take about 30
minutes, but you can take as much time as you want to.

I would like to invite you to participate in this study. If you are interested,
you may click on the link below. There is more information there about the study
at the start of the survey.

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=0qQe_2fNhF5Ty4UYWKKx1g0w_3d_3d

I need complete responses from 450 people so that the research is significant. I
would be grateful if you would pass this invitation on to anyone you know who
may be interested in participating. Any adult who has access to the internet and
can read English may participate.

If you have questions about this research, you may contact me directly at
patames2005@...

Thank you for your consideration. I appreciate your interest and help with this
research.

Regards, Patricia Ames
