Hi Marq,

There is no problem having pets, you just need to be cautious, thats all.
When cleaning a litter box, wear mask and gloves. Also when
"scooping" for your dogs, wear gloves or use a plastic bag covering
your hand.

And remember, wash your hands frequently. Also, I never let the
animals sleep with me. In the same room, yes, but on the floor, never
in the bed.

Here is some info about toxoplasmosis that I found on thebody.com. According to this doctor, toxoplasmosis can only be found in the stool of kittens....
