Refusing to take meds

Please don't think I am a nut. Does anyone know anyone that refuses
to take meds. I am getting a hard time from everyone because I do not
wish to be on them again. I am for the most part doing pretty well,
however my cd4 is 30 and viral load is over 100,000. I know that I
probably am living on borrowed time right now, but would like to hear
from anyone else that is refusing or has comments good or bad.
