My daughter and her husband are going through a nasty divorce.
There is my 5 year old grandaughter. Now my son-in-law says Im not
allowed to see my granddaughter as I have the Aids virus along with
hepatist C. I have tried to tell him Im not contagious, but he doesnt
believe me.
My question is? WShat legal steps would you suggest I could take
against my son-in-law son I can have visitation right of my
grandchild. As my son-in-law has the child and my daughter walked
away from her husband and child.
I would greatly appreicate any suggestions.
