Washington, DC office. Tell whoever answers the phone:

“My name is ___________ and I live in (city/state). I urge Representative
______________ to support Representative DeLauro’s amendment to the Fiscal Year
2007 budget that would increase funding for health and education programs by $7
billion. Many health programs that serve people with HIV/AIDS have suffered from
years of inadequate funding and need this help. I would like
Representative____________ to convey his/her support to members of the House
Budget Committee.”
