Please help a low incomed male get his med regiment...

I am POZ male, diagnosed AIDS stats March of this year (POZ since
1989) and started meds right after.

Anyhow, I am having a hard time affording my medications as I do not
get medicine assistance where I am and my wife's American health
insurance only pays for about half the costs, leaving me with almost
$600/month to pay out. As it is I already run non profit humanitarian
HIV/AIDS websites ( http://www.hivaidssearch.com/menu.htm ) that use
up most of my extra money (after paying housing/food).
